Elaina LeGros is a Florida Licensed School Psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst who received her Education Specialist Degree in School Psychology from the University of Central Florida. She also has her American Board School Neuropsychology Diplomate. Elaina LeGros has over 10 years of experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Mrs. LeGros brings experience as an educator in the private sector as well as having worked as a School Psychologist in public schools. Privately, she has worked as a home-based behavioral therapist and consultant, provided parent trainings, and designed training programs for ABA therapists and families.
In the public sector, she has worked with children from ages 3 to young adult. She evaluated students with a variety of needs. She specializes in evaluating Autism Spectrum Disorders, Emotional/ Behavioral Disorders, Intellectually Gifted, Intellectually Disabled, and Specific Learning Disabilities. She also served on a district behavior team and has created behavior plans for a variety of problem behaviors. She has provided many workshops to staff members on teaching students with special needs, inclusion, and managing problem behavior.
