Babita Hinduja is a Certified School Counselor, with both a Master’s degree in Education and an Education Specialist degree in School Guidance and Counseling from the University of Florida. She is certified in Grades K-12 through 2025 with the Florida Department of Education.
Babita brings experience and knowledge from over 14 years of experience as a middle school counselor in the public school setting. Babita has also completed extensive personal development and leadership training through Klemmer and Associates at the highest level, and staffed/led multiple trainings as well. Privately, Babita has provided consulting services to private and public organizations, as well as life and parent coaching to students and families. She has experience working with students of various strengths, exceptionalities, academic abilities, cultures, home life, and diagnoses.
Babita works with students through typical adolescent issues, peer conflict, stress and anxiety, depression, emotion identification and expression, trust building, identity, and home concerns. She is most passionate in the areas of executive functioning skills, self-awareness, communication skills, empathy building, interpersonal relationships, resilience, and goal setting. Babita also works with families to establish routines with their student, enhance communication between family members, and educational planning, among other topics.
